Takeuchi507 is a DJ from Tokyo, starting his career in 1990s. Since then he has mixed various tropical sounds for many parties including tours by foreign artists like Nina Dios, troic aza, Catrina Son System, domesitic salsa bands’live, latin music festival and regular parties like “Seduction Topicale”.

He is also the editor and writer of the book about spanish reggae and roots of reggaeton called “Reggae retro en Panama”. It made him invited as a lecturer about history of reggaeton at Tokyo university and some other courses.

He travelled many latin american coutries like Panama, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Peru for research and digging records that makes him possible mixing ongoing tropical sounds with vintages and sometimes playing salsa set for dancers.
